Delivery Timeframe
Please note that shipping times are estimates, and carriers do not deliver on holidays or weekends. They may experience delays or disruptions due to severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control. Please note any failure in credit card authorization and verification can delay shipping.
Standard Shipping
- “In stock” orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM CT will be processed faster
- FREE standard shipping on all orders
Expedited Shipping
“In-stock” item orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders placed by 12:00 PM CT will be processed faster.
Express Shipping
Express shipping offers the fastest delivery, with orders arriving within 1 to 2 business days from the date the order is placed. This only applies to in-stock and non-customized orders. Orders placed by 12:00 PM CT will be processed faster. Customized orders will ship via UPS Express upon completion.
Custom Orders
Orders requiring customization will ship via the chosen shipping method AFTER customization is completed. Express shipping methods will NOT expedite custom build timelines.
Alaska/Hawaii Shipping
Items shipped outside the contiguous U.S. to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent via expedited shipping. Standard Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not available. For in-stock standard orders, processing takes 4-5 business days following credit card authorization and verification.
APO/FPO Shipping
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will ship via US Postal Service. We estimate transit time for these orders to be 3-6 weeks, but cannot guarantee delivery times, so please allow plenty of time. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
